5th Meeting

Finally, the 5th meeting take place today. In the last meeting, we said we will go through a survey on how the product should be made of. Unfortunately, the survey still on going and we still cant make any decision yet. However, we have already finish doing the research on PEST. Indeed, the leader has already edited and being moderated by Ms Su. She gives some comments on our PEST and we will rectify it again to meet her expectations.

During this meeting, we discuss about the 5 Porter factors analysis. Since we have 5 members, he leader has separate us into different category as in who is responsible for which category. Calvin is responsible for barriers to entry, Jia Xian is responsible for buyer's bargaining powers, Shun Yee will be doing the research on suppliers power, Kim will be in charge of threat substitute products and Ashley will do the research on intensity of internal rivalry.

By next week, we hope we can make decision on how the product should made of and gather the as much resources as possible for 5 proter factors for our product. That's all for this meeting.

4th meeting^^

In this session, we discuss about PEST which categorised as Politics, Economy, Social and Technologies. It's a very happening session coz we basically divide jobs for each other. Shun Yee take charge of Politics issue in Abu Dhabi, Kim is responsible of Economy section, Jia Xian concerns about the social issues and Ashley is doing research about the technologies in Abu Dhabi. While leader's is to combine, check and edit all the sources that collected from group member.

During the session, calvin also ask the group members to do a simple survey on how the aquarium should make of. Ashley will interview one of the fish keeper about the knowloedge of keeping fish. Kim and Calvin will search for suitable material to set up the aquarium. Shun yee and Jia xian will outlining the design of the aquarium (garden in the aquarium).
